1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They remember your preferences, let the site work properly and provide usage statistics. On bonfireofwishes.solucionec.com we use our own and third-party cookies, and similar technologies, for the purposes described here.

2. Which cookies we use

Technical and preference cookies (our own, always on): they are essential for the site to work and to remember the choice you make in the cookie panel. Without them we would have to ask you again on every visit.

Analytics cookies (third-party, only if you accept): they tell us how many people visit the site, which pages they read and where they come from, always in aggregate.

Advertising and measurement cookies (third-party, only if you accept): they let us measure how effective our campaigns are and show more relevant ads.

Loading Google Tag Manager and any measurement or advertising tag depends on your choice: if you reject, they are not loaded and only our own technical cookie is used.

3. How to manage cookies or withdraw your choice

The first time you arrive we show a panel where you can accept or reject all non-essential cookies. Rejecting is as easy as accepting and your decision is kept for the same length of time either way.

You can change your choice whenever you like by clicking here, which clears your preference and brings the panel back. You can also block or delete cookies already installed from your browser settings; bear in mind that if you delete the technical cookie we will ask you again.

4. Cookies and the mobile app

The mobile app does not use cookies: it uses the device advertising identifier and the Google AdMob and Firebase SDKs. Consent is requested inside the app through Google's User Messaging Platform and, on iOS, with the system tracking permission. You can review or withdraw that choice from the app's privacy options. The privacy policy explains it in detail, including what happens to the text of a wish, which is not covered by cookies at all.

5. Consent

By pressing Accept all you consent to the use of the cookies described in this policy. If you press Reject all, only the technical cookies needed for the site to work are used. Until you choose, no analytics or advertising cookie is installed.

6. Updates to this policy

We may update this cookie policy to reflect legal or technical changes, or changes in the way we use cookies. The version in force is always published on this page, with its last revision date.
